Having now returned to the UK and got partly over my jet lag, I would like to take this chance to thank you, Angie and Irene for your hard work on our behalf last week.

As you know the Miami CVB recommended I approach Custom Copy and Print regarding the reproduction work I needed doing for the above Symposium, for which the turn round time, as you know, was VERY short! I have to say that from the moment I spoke to you and described the nature of the job, I had very little doubt you could complete the task!

When you are working in different continents with suppliers you have never met confidence and service is vital, and I have to say that your team gave me heaps of both.

What can I say but 'Thank you very much', you made my stay in Miami a lot less stressful than it could have been. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending you to colleagues who are running events in Miami.
